Our Doctors
Dr. William S. Holmes
|

Dr. Holmes started practice in 1976 after graduating from the New England College of Optometry. He joined
Dr. John H. Hall, an optometrist who had been practicing in Littleton since 1938. He has been in
private practice ever since, specializing in contact lenses and providing general optometric
care to the Littleton area. He belongs to the New Hampshire Optometric Association, where he was
treasurer from 1983-1989, and the American Optometric Association. He and his wife, Rita, have four grown children
and one grandchild. He has been involved with the North Country YMCA, scouting and Babe
Ruth baseball. His other interests include tennis, basketball and softball.

Dr. Kevin M. Stratton

Dr. Stratton graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry
in 2001 and joined Dr. Holmes in September of 2001. His
interests include general optometry and contact lenses. He practices in
Littleton on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and he provides services in
our Woodsville office on Tuesdays and Fridays. Dr. Stratton is also a member
of the New Hampshire Optometric Association and the American Optometric
Association.

Dr. Winnie Tseng

Dr. Tseng came to Littleton from Vancouver, British
Columbia, by way of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in May, 2001. She joined Littleton
and Woodsville Eye Care Centers in September, 2003. She has office hours in Littleton,
Woodsville and Lincoln, and her interests are general optometry, contact lenses and children's vision.
Dr. Tseng is also a member of the New Hampshire Optometric Association and the American Optometric
Association.
